The company LOULIS MILLS SA announces, according to L.3556 / 2007, Decision 1/434 / 3.7.2007 and Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on 28th of June 2016 Mr. Nikolaos Fotopoulos, Vice Chairman & CEO of the Company and person obliged to disclose the meaning of Article 13 para. 1 of Law. 3340/2005, bought 1.500 shares of LOULIS MILLS SA, of total value 2.250 euros.
