EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS GENERAL MEETING

EYDAP S.A. informs the investment community that today's programmed Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting, with the agenda of the distribution of prior year's profits, was cancelled.

Subsequently, the Board of Directors held an extraordinary meeting and decided the convention of a new Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting with the same agenda «Distribution of prior year's profits», on December 23^rd, 2016.

The relevant invitation of the New Extraordinary General Meeting, which will determine the specific place and time, will be published tomorrow, Friday, December 2^nd, 2016.
