I.Kloukinas-I .Lappas SA announces:

The BoD of I. KLOUKINAS- I. LAPPAS SA decided on 25/02/2016 to discontinue the operation of its subsidiary company under the name KLSLV d.o.o situated in Slovenia, due to the fact that the subsidiary presented losses during the previous years amounted to approximately 300.000 euro per year.

The BoD estimates that the consolidated results due to discontinued operations will be reduced by roughly 300.000 euro and the company's results by roughly 700.00 euro.
