FINANCIAL RESULTS 2015 PRESENTATION

 TO THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CAPITAL MARKET

The annual presentation of the Company's financial results to representatives of the capital market was held today, 6^th of April 2016, at the Company's administrative building.

The presentation was held by the Chairman of the BoD Mr. Konstantinos Papadopoulos and the CEO, Mr. Ioannis Benisis, as well as other top management executives. The briefing was introduced by the Chairman of the Company, who described the orientation of EYDAP towards a growth through investment, a limitation of operating costs and a settlement of claims from both the local authorities and domestic consumers. He also emphasized the anthropocentric nature of EYDAP and the support of vulnerable social groups by the new social tariff.

Then the financial results of the year were presented in detail, focusing on the effect of individual events that took place in the years 2014 and 2015 while the corresponding adjusted EBITDA was presented. Particularly the increased dividend (0.21 euro per share) that will be proposed to the General Meeting was highlighted, confirming the consistent dividend policy of the Company.

Also, the meeting covered an overview of the strategic objectives and planning, the improvement of corporate operations, the modernization of the Company that has taken place until today and also the future plans of EYDAP for the further development and effectiveness of the Company.
