Bod's convention for Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting

EYDAP S.A. informs the investment community that following a written request from the majority Shareholders, Greek State and the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), the Board of Directors will meet on November 7^th 2016, in order to decide on the convention of Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting on December 1^st 2016, on the issue of dividend distribution from previous years' earnings, amounting to 40 million euro.
