BriQ Properties REIC announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Theodore Fessas, President of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on 29 November 2019, 106.338 rights issue of the Company of a total value of € 3.199,92.
