Following a press publication (Sunday, January 5^th, 2020), regarding the pricing of untreated water and its impact on the financial results of EYDAP SA, the Company informs the investing community that any attempt to approach the issue before concluding an agreement between the Company and the Greek State, using fragmented, incomplete or incorrect information, is premature and does not correspond to reality.

As the Company announced on October 22^nd, 2019, the contract with the Greek State was extended for six months. Determination of any effects on the Company's financial results will be possible when the relevant negotiations are completed and the agreement is reached. EYDAP will inform the investing community responsibly as soon as reliable and definitive data is available.
