INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SA TECHNICAL & STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS, (d.t. INTRAKAT) informs the investing public, according to  articles 3 and 21 of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, that Mr. Petros Souretis, CEO and Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors, proceeded on 11.06.2020 to the purchase of 5,000 INTRAKAT Common Registered Shares, with voting rights, of total value 5,690.74 euro.
