LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Odisseas Athanasiou, CEO of the Company:

• on the 20^th December, 2019 acquired 200,000 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 7.906141  euro and with total amount of 1,581,228.20 euro.
• on the 23^rd December, 2019 acquired 150,000 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 8.158675 euro and with total amount of 1,223,801.25 euro.
