In accordance with article 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, AVAX S.A. discloses the following financial calendar for 2020:

a) announcement of the 2019 Annual Financial Results will take place on Tuesday, June 30 2020.

b)   annual briefing of Analysts regarding the 2019 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Friday, July 3 2020.

c)   the company's Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place on Tuesday September 1, 2020.

d)   the company will not distribute dividend for fiscal year 2019.
