2019 Annual Financial results announcement and publication: Friday 26^th June 2020 (after the termination of the Athens Exchange sessions).

Annual General Meeting: Tuesday 21^st July 2020.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Assembly of the shareholders the distribution of dividend.

Ex-Dividend date: Monday 14^th September 2020.

Dividend Beneficiaries date: Tuesday 15^th September 2020.

Dividend payment date: Friday 18^th September 2020.
