“TERNA ENERGY FINANCE S.A.” (the “Issuer”) and “TERNA ENERGY S.A.” (the “Guarantor”), legal entity to which Regulation (EU) 596/2014 applies, announce according to article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and article 11 of the Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Committee, that Mr. George Perdikaris, Vice‐Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Guarantor, following the Issuer's Public Offer of a Common Bond Loan guaranteed by the Guarantor, acquired on October 23, 2019, 28 common bonds of the Issuer of a total value of 28,000.00 euros.
