EYDAP S.A. informs the investment community that, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, the non-Executive Member of the BoD Christos Mistriotis, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 15/07/2020, sold on 15/07/2020, 10,000 common shares of the Company, amounting to 68.600 euro and 10.000 common shares of the Company, amounting to 68.700 euro.
