Announcement of Cut-off (Ex-Dividend) Date and Payment of the Monetary Distribution from Previous Years' Earnings
The Société Anonyme with the name “Flour Mills Kepenos S.A.” and with Registration Number (G.E.MI.): 036116616000 and ISIN Code: GRS438003006 (hereinafter referred to as "Company") announces, that by decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of December 22, 2020 it was approved, in accordance with the provisions of article 162 par. 3 of Law 4548/2018, the monetary distribution from previous years earnings and in particular it was decided the monetary distribution of a total amount of EUR 924,600.00 (gross amount), i.e. EUR 0.138 per share of the Company (gross amount).
From the above amount is deducted the corresponding tax of 5% and therefore the final paid amount of the monetary distribution will settle at EUR 0,1311 per share.
The cut-off (ex-dividend) date of the monetary distribution was set for Monday, December 28, 2020. Therefore, the beneficiaries of the above monetary distribution are those shareholders registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) which is managed by the company “Hellenic Central Securities Depository Société Anonyme” at the record date, i.e. Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
The payment of the monetary distribution will start on Thursday, December 31, 2020 and will be made through the paying Bank "ALPHA BANK S.A." as follows:
1. Through the DSS operators, for the shareholders who have authorized their operators for the collection of the distribution.
2. By deposit in the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), where the investor has stated that he/she wishes to collect the distributed amounts in accordance with article 13 of the Operating Regulation 2 of DSS and the no. 6 Decision of the Board of Directors of ATHEXCSD, as applicable, for investors who do not wish to receive the respective amounts through their operators. It concerns only investors who have declared an IBAN to the paying Bank " ALPHA BANK S.A.".
The collection of the monetary distribution from the beneficiaries in the above case (2) is necessary to be provided the the notification of K.A.M.E. (Investor Share Number at DSS) and the ID card. Payment to a third party is made only upon presentation of an authorization, which will bear the full details of both the beneficiary shareholder and the authorized person (name, fathers name, ID number and TIN), considered for the original signature of the principal from a Police or other Authority.
3. Through the branch network of the paying Bank "ALPHA BANK S.A." for those shareholders for which credit through their Operators is not possible.
After December 31st, 2021, the payment of the monetary distribution will be taking place at the Companys offices, in West Achaea municipality in the Achaea regional unit, industrial area of Patras, Greece, P.C. 25018).
