INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SA TECHNICAL & STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS, (d.t. INTRAKAT) informs the investing public, according to  articles 3 and 21 of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, that Mr. Petros Souretis, CEO and Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors, on 22.07.2020,  transferred  93,846 Common Registered Shares of INTRAKAT, with voting rights, of total value 107,922.90 euro from his personal Investor Share, to the Joint Investor Share he maintains with his children Konstantinos Souretis and Athanasia Souretis (joint beneficiaries)
