Notification of voting rights

Cairo Mezz Plc ("Cairo Μezz" or "Company") notifies that on 05.10.2020 it received a notification from Waterwheel Capital Management, LP (the Manager), pursuant to Article 14 of the Alternative Market Rulebook, as in force, in its capacity as the investment manager of the funds under the name Waterwheel Hellenic Opportunities Master Fund and two managed accounts, respectively, according to which, on 01.10.2020 the aforementioned investment funds held in aggregate 20,880,373 shares representing 6.76% of the total share capital of the Company.
