FLEXOPACK PLASTICS SA- Performance and Results of the First Semester of 2018

The financial performance and results of both the Company and the Group during the First Semester of 2018, compared with the respective period of the previous year (First Semester of 2017) are summarized below:

a) Consolidated Group turnover amounted to 41,841 million Euros, as compared to 39,390 million Euros posting a percentage increase of 6,22% and Company's turnover to 36,595 million Euros as compared to 34,903 million Euros, posting a percentage increase of 4,85%.

b) Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) amounted at Group level to 7,743 million Euros as compared to 6,578 million Euros, increased by 17,71% and at Company's level to 7,392 million Euros as compared to 6,666 million Euros, posting an increase of 10,89%.

c) Earnings before taxes (EBT) amounted for the Group to 5,387 million Euros, as compared to 4,657 million Euros increased by 15,68% and for the Company to 5,815 million Euros as compared to 4,750 million Euros, increased by 22,42%.

d) Earnings After Taxes (EAT) amounted for the Group to 3,582 million Euros as compared to 3,280 million Euros increased by 9,21% and for the Company to 4,102 million Euros as compared to 3,376 million Euros, increased by 21,5%.

e) Earnings After Taxes And Minority Interest (EATAM) amounted to 3,582 million Euros as compared to 3,276 million Euros of the respective period of 2017, increased by 9,34%.
