Analysts Conference Call on 2018 financial results: Friday, 29 March 2019 (11:00 Athens time, 09:00 UK time)

Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Wednesday, 29 May 2019

Ex-dividend date: Monday, 3 June 2019

Dividend beneficiaries – Record date: Tuesday, 4 June 2019

(The shares will trade ex-dividend prior June 21st, 2019 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP in which the company shares participate)

Dividend payment: Friday, 7 June 2019
