The Company LOULIS MILLS SA decided to participate in the share capital increase of its 70.00% subsidiary under the brand name KENFOOD SA, with full payment of the total increase of euro 1,774.398.32, in order to meet the extraordinary cash needs in accordance with its statutes.

Consequently, after the above increase, the share capital of KENFOOD SA amounts to euro 1,340,400.00 divided into 134,040 ordinary shares of nominal value of euro 10,00 each and LOULIS MILLS S.A. currently owns 85.00% of the share capital of KENFOOD SA instead of the 70.00% previously held.

Subsequently, LOULIS MILLS S.A.  acquired 20,092 ordinary shares, ie 14.99% of all its subsidiary under the name KENFOOD SA for a total price of euro 1,168.906.35.

In view of the foregoing, the participation rate of LOULIS MILLS S.A. the share capital of KENFOOD SA is 99.99%.
