Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

EYDAP S.A. announces that Mr. Christos Mistriotis, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, on Tuesday March 5, 2019, bought 10,000 shares of a total value of 55,830 euro and on Wednesday March 6, 2019, bought 10,000 shares of a total value of 56,077 euro.

The announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007.
