The management of the Anonymous Company under the name «FLEXOPACK ANONYMOUS COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY» (hereinafter referred to for brevity reasons as the «Company») announces that a new legal entity was established in Lyon of France under the name «FLEXOPACK FRANCE SARL».

This new legal entity is fully owned by «FLEXOPACK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED» which is a (100%) subsidiary of the Company.

The establishment of the above legal entity is part of the strategic plan of Flexopack Group aiming to the expansion and improvement of the global sales and distribution network. In particular the new entity will focus on strengthening and substantially expanding the presence of Flexopack Group to the particular territory and at the same time serve efficiently this market.
