AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with L.3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, EVERTRANS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis (Chairman of the BoD) and Mr. George Vassilakis (non executive member of the BoD), purchased 3,780 shares of AEGEAN AIRLINES of total value Euro 31,285.99 on 6/7/2018.
