AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council and following relevant notification to the Company, HOUSEMARKET S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis (Chairman of the BoD), bought 362 common bonds following the Public Offer completed on 7/3/2019, with total value EUR362,000.00 and credited to its security account on 12/3/2019.
