Organizational change at the subsidiary ATHEXClear

13 May 2019 - Hellenic Exchanges ? Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) informs investors that Mr. Christos Nikolaidis resigned on 02.05.2019 as Director of Risk Management & Clearing from Athens Exchange Clearing House (ATHEXClear), a 100% subsidiary of ATHEX, due to his transfer to EnEx Clearing House (EnExClear).

The Board of Directors of ATHEXClear, at its meeting on 22.04.2019 decided that, until the position is filled, Mr. Konstantinos Karanassios, Central Registry Director at Hellenic Central Securities Depository, also a 100% subsidiary of ATHEX, will serve as interim Director.
