The new date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is Thursday, July 4^th, 2019 instead of Tuesday, April 15^th 2019.

Record date: August 5^th instead of June 10th, 2019

Dividend Payment: August 9^th instead of June 14^th, 2019
