Appointment of new co-CEO

Cenergy Holdings SA announces the appointment of Mr. Ilias Bekiros as new co-Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Management of the Company, replacing Mr. Apostolos Papavasileiou, effective as of June 1st June 2019.
