AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. (The Company), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and EU Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, hereby announces the resolution of its Board of Directors dated February 22, 2019, for the issuance of a common bond loan in accordance with Law 3156/2003 and Law 4548/2018, of a minimum amount of EUR 150,000,000 and up to EUR 200,000,000, the distribution of the bond through a public offer, provided approval by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the submission of an application to the Athens Exchange for listing the bond under the trading category "Fixed Income Securities" of the Regulated Market.

The implementation of the transaction will depend on market conditions.
