AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council and following relevant notification to the Company, Mrs Aikaterini Christodoulou, wife of Aegean's CEO Mr. Dimitrios Gerogiannis, bought 38 common bonds following the Public Offer completed on 7/3/2019, with total value EUR 8,000.00 and credited to her security account on 12/3/2019.
