Aegean Airlines S.A. ('The Company'), announces in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following relevant notification received on 3.7.2019 by FELIX HOLDINGS S.àr.l. (entity controlled by Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis) that on 28.6.2019 FELIX HOLDINGS S.àr.l., acquired through contribution from Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis the ownership of the majority of shares of the EU company Evertrans S.A.

Following the above, FELIX HOLDINGS S.àr.l. controls now indirectly (a) through Evertrans S.A. 16,983,240 voting rights which correspond to 23.78% of the Company's total number of shares and voting rights and (b) through the chain of controlled companies Evertrans S.A., Main Stream S.A. and Autohellas 8,328,508 voting rights which correspond to 11.66% of the Company's total number of shares and voting rights, i.e. it indirectly controls in total 25,311,748 voting rights which correspond to 35.44% of the Company's total number of shares and voting rights.

The total number of the Company's voting rights controlled by Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis, who controls FELIX HOLDINGS S.àr.l. does not change through the above; Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis continues to control directly 1.24% of the Company's total number of shares and voting rights and indirectly (through FELIX HOLDINGS S.àr.l.) 35.44%, i.e. in total 36.68% of the Company's total number of shares and voting rights.
