“SELECTED TEXTILES SA”, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, coupled with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces the following:

   Mr Apostolos El.Dontas, Vice president of the Board of Directors and managing director of the company, (liable according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded, on 15.10.2014, to the acquisition of  8.234 registered common shares of the company at the price of  1.482,12 euro.
