Alumil administration, following a decision of the Company's Board of Directors in May 25th, 2011, announces a share capital increase of € 70.000, in its 100% subsidiary, "ALUMIL GROUP LTD", which is established in Nicosia, Cyprus. The total paid up capital amounts to € 192.070.
