The Board of Directors of EYDAP S.A. during its meeting on July 14th, 2010, decided the constitution of the Audit Committee of the Company. The Committee consists of Mr. Antonios Antonopoulos, as Chairman, Mr. Dionysios Asimakopoulos and Mr. Christos Mistriotis, as the Secretary of the Committee.
