J&P-AVAX SA announces that the extraordinary tax charge, introduced with Article 5 of Law 3845/2010 on net earnings of legal entities for the previous fiscal year, is estimated at €1.27 million at Group level, and €0.56 million at parent company level.
The exact amounts of the tax charge will be set following receipt of the relevant documents from the tax authorities and will burden 2010 financial results.
