The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that, pursuant to the provisions of article 5, Law 3845/2010, the amount of extraordinary contribution for social responsibility on the total net income for the fiscal year 2010 amounts to c. 124,800 Euro for the company and c. 467,800 Euro for the Group (the difference of 343,000 euro in the payable amounts between the Company and the Group stems from the Estee Lauder Hellas' relevant liability that corresponds to the Group).
The aforementioned amounts will be finalized following receipt of the relative documentation by the tax authorities and will burden the financial results of the second quarter of 2010.
