EYATH S.A announces that, in accordance with the provisions of article 5, L.3845/2010, valid as of the 6/5/2010, a special one-off social responsibility levy is imposed, on the total net income, for the fiscal year 2010 (fiscal use 2009), for legal entities article 2 par.4 and 101 par.1 of L.N.2238/1994 (Income Tax Code), which is estimated at € 1.307 thousand for the company.
The company will form a provision for the above mentioned amount and will burden the results of the first semester 2010 by 635,5 thousand Euros, which is half the tax and the remaining amount will be equally split in the results of the third and fourth trimester of 2010, so that at the end of the fiscal period 2010 the entire tax amount will have burdened the results of the fiscal year 2010.The above amounts will be finalized after receiving the relevant statements of account by the respective Tax Authorities and will burden the results of the fiscal period 2010.
