INTRALOT announces that according to article5 L.3845/2010 the extraordinary social responsibility tax which has been imposed on all companies with earnings above 100,000 euro for the fiscal year ended on December, 31st, 2009 reached 4.85m euro for the Company and a total of 5.27m euro for the Group.
The amounts of the above mentioned tax will be finalized following the receipt of the relative documentation by the tax authorities and will burden the consolidated results of fiscal year 2010.
