EYDAP S.A. announces that, the one-off extraordinary tax contribution of social responsibility on the total 2010 profit before tax of legal entities as imposed by Article 5 of Law 3845/2010, will amount to Euro 3.1 mn approximately.
The amount of the above tax contribution will be finalized after the receipt of the relevant Settlement Notes issued by the competent Tax Authorities and will be recognized in Q2 2010 Income Statement.
