ALPHA BANK A.E. (the "Bank") announces, according to Law 3556/2007, that its shareholder, APG Algemene Pensioen Groep N.V., has informed the Bank, pursuant to a notice received on 31.5.2010, that the percentage of voting rights and number of shares it currently holds over the total voting rights and shares issued by the Bank stands at 4.98% or 26,620,722 common shares and an equal number of voting rights, compared to the percentage of voting rights and number of shares it previously held over the same, which was 5.06% or 27,030,772 shares and an equal number of voting rights.
