MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. announces according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on June 7th, 2010 Mr. Andreas Vgenopoulos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MIG, acquired 60,000 MIG shares, with total net value of EUR 54,750.15.
