AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 29th of April 2010, shareholder, and President of the Board of Directors of AUTOHELLAS S.A. Theodore E. Vassilakis, (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), bought 3,400 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of €6,277.99.
