FOURLIS HOLDINGS SA announces that according to law 3556/2007, the percentage of voting rights of FMR LLC in the company, has been decreased below the 5% limit from April 12th, 2010, as FMR LLC declared to the company on April 14th, 2010, based on law 3556/2007, the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the board of directors of Capital Markets Committee and the circular 33 of the Capital Markets Committee.
According to the above mentioned announcement, on April 12th, 2010, FMR LLC was the owner of 2.217.281 shares and voting rights of FOURLIS HOLDINGS SA or 4,35% of the shareholders equity.
