Piraeus Port Authority SA, in accordance to Article 2, par 2e of 3/347/12.7.2005 BoD decision of H.C.M.C announces that since 2.3.2010, Ms Aikaterini Venardou is assigned the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms Venardou has served for many years as head of the Accounting Department.
