MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 16 of Greek Law 2190/20 and with Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Comity, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 23/04/2010 and the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 26/04/2010, that has proceeded on 25/5/2010 to the purchase of 380 own shares with an average purchase price Euro 1,0632 per share and a total purchase price Euro 419,24. The above 380 shares were purchased through ALPHA FINANCE.
