AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 08th of October 2009, shareholder and shareholder and Deputy General Manager Dimitris Magioros, (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), bought 5,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of euro 9,850.00.
