Pursuant to Law 3556/2007 par.1 & 4 of art.9, Mr Ioannis Lappas, Vice-President and CEO, notified the company that he bought 800.000 ordinary shares during the period from 6 March 2009 to 15 October 2009. After the purchase of the above shares , the percentage of voting rights of Mr Ioannis Lappas in I.Kloukinas-I.Lappas SA has increased from 25,0580% to 28,2903%. The total of ordinary shares he possesses is 7.001.937 from 6.201.937 he held before the change.
