Jumbo SA announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 that "Tanosirian S.A." announced that its participation to the share capital of Jumbo SA, reached direct 26.79% (34.773.476 shares) from 22.17% (28.773.476 shares). On 31.12.2009 the Repurchase Agreement between "EFG Eurobank Securities" and "Tanosirian S.A." expired and "EFG Eurobank Securities" returned to "Tanosirian S.A.", 6.000.000 common shares of Jumbo S.A..
