Jumbo SA announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 that Mr.Vakakis Evangelos-Apostolos, Chairman of the BoD and CEO of Jumbo SA, announced that the percentage of voting rights that he holds indirectly through "Tanocerian Maritime S.A.", which holds 99.99% of the shareholder "Tanosirian SA" reached 26.79% from 22.17%. The increase occurred on 31.12.2009 when the Repurchase Agreement between "EFG Eurobank Securities" and "Tanosirian S.A." expired and "EFG Eurobank Securities" returned to "Tanosirian S.A.", 6.000.000 common shares of Jumbo S.A.
