In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that "Karpathia Foundation", a foreign based foundation, although it does not own shares of Jumbo S.A, announced that on January 7th 2010 its indirect percentage to Jumbo S.A reached 26.79%, through the control of "Tanocerian Maritime S.A.", which owns 99.99% of the company "Tanosirian S.A." which holds 26.79% of Jumbo S.A.
