In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that Mr.Vakakis Evangelos-Apostolos, Chairman of the BoD and CEO of Jumbo SA, although he does not own shares of Jumbo S.A, announced that he holds indirectly 26.79% of voting rights of Jumbo S.A. through "KARPATHIA FOUNDATION.", which on 07.1.2010 acquired "TANOCERIAN MARITIME S.A." which holds 99.99% of the shareholder "Tanosirian SA" which holds 26.79% of Jumbo S.A.
