According to the resolution of the company's Ordinary General Assembly of its shareholders on 04.11.2009, the dividend for the fiscal year 01.07.2008-30.06.2009 is euro 0,02 per share and net after the deduction of tax euro 0,018. The date of cut off of the right for dividend is Monday, 30 November 2009. Beneficiaries of the dividend (record date) are the shareholders owning company's shares on Wednesday, 2 December 2009. The payment of the dividend will begin on Tuesday, 8 December 2009.
Any further detail about the method of payment of the above mentioned amounts, will be decided by the company's Board of Directors in a forthcoming session and it will be announced to the shareholders accordingly.
